man. i promised myself that i would diligently update my blog. and it seems i'm pretty darn bad at it. sucker me. my procrastinating habits haven't faded yet. whenever i find myself procrastinating, i wish i had the tenacity to slap some sense into my head. but i always feel as if my conscience is wearing those big headphones (you know, those noise cancellation ones),and just deliberately blocking out the screechings and naggings from the better sense in me. sheesh. *slaps myself*

ANYWAY. got a new guitar book! finally. and in the book, i managed to recover one of the songs i lost before - Reason (theme from Korean Drama Autumn In My Heart). the songs in it aren't brilliant. the only two songs i like are the Wish To Wish (theme from Jap Drama God Please Give Me Some Time) and the Reason song. the songs in these guitar books (Popular Melodies for Solo Guitar) are always very emo sounding. but they're nice to play. i have two other books from this series; in these there are other songs like Ju Hua Tai, Tian Shi, 13 Jours En France etc. but there're some really irritating songs by this guy called Kevin Kern. man his songs are annoying. so many repetitions. and the tune is always very shallow. not that the others aren't. but his are especially shallow. examples of some his songs are Sundial Dreams, Through the Arbor, Whispering..yeah. so if you ever come across his songs, even in the piano section. DON'T BUY IT. that's my advice. yeap. cheerios!
